In each box, you will receive 4-6 of our favorite lifestyle and paper good products. Each box comes with a bundle of digitally printed greeting cards/stationery with envelopes, a paper goods item, and gifts (all focused around that months theme)! Each month is a different paper goods item. We know everyone loves a beautiful journal/notebook, but just so you aren't getting one EVERY month (we understand, it takes time to fill one up), we love to switch it up every once in a while. One month could be a beautiful journal, the next month, a to-do list notepad. The month after that could be lovely designed recipe cards. We like to keep you on your toes. Stick with us, and you will have a wonderful collection of only the best paper goods, and stationery. We are so passionate about the old fashion way of the written note, we hope to spread that on to you!

All shipments are made on the 4th of the month. Once you place your first order, your V. Paperie box will ship by the 4th of the following month.

Example - You place your order between September 2nd to 30th, your first V. Paperie box will ship the 4th of October. We do our best to ship boxes by the 4th of each month, and while we don’t anticipate delays, inclement weather and vendor delays may postpone the arrival of your box, so we ask for your patience. Any questions, please send us an email. We will send you an email confirmation when we ship with the tracking number.

When you sign up, we will charge your card immediately for your first box. Your subscription payment is then taken on the 11th of every month AFTER your first box has dispatched.

Example – You order your first box on November 25th, we will ship your first box on December 4th. You will then have your first renewal payment on December 11th.

Example – You order your first box on December 2nd, we will ship your first box on January 4th. You will then have your first renewal payment on January 11th.

Of course!! Month to Month members can cancel or pause at any time.
Month to Month subscribers
Log into your account, hit the 'Edit' button under 'Your Subscription(s), and you can edit from there. You will not be billed for the following month.

Be sure to cancel before your next recurring charge date (the 11th of each month) to avoid getting the following month’s V. Paperie shipment.

** We are unable to refund any prepaid gift packages.

Unless given as a gift, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your cycle on the 11th of the month.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for subscriptions. Again, please mark your calendars to make sure you are on top of your auto-renewing subscription.

Absolutely! Head over to the Give as a Gift page, find the plan you want to send as a gift, and click on the 'Give as a Gift' button. It's that simple. We will even include a handwritten note with a message you provide at checkout. We offer 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month options. Plans will expire at the end of its term.

If you log into your account, you can make changes to your billing and shipping addresses under the 'Shipping Address' area. Shipping addresses need to be updated by the 28th of the month in order to be reflected in the month’s shipping. Returned shipments due to a wrong or invalid address will have a $5.00 re-shipping charge.

Once we ship them out, it is out of our hands. We will provide you with tracking information once they are shipped, so it is up to you to contact your local USPS to track it down. If the package was lost or stolen, we treat each situation case by case, so please, contact us, and we will come up with a plan :)
